We had a hard time deciding on the speakers to invite to our conference, since we have received far more abstracts for talks than we could possible hope to hear on our workshop. If you have submitted an abstract, you should already have received an email in which we inform you whether you have been accepted. If you did not hear from us by now, please get in touch with us. We are very grateful to everybody who submitted an abstract and would be happy to welcome you in Vienna regardless of whether we could accept your paper.

Notification of Acceptance Delayed

We are sorry, but our reviewers need just a bit more time. Hence, we will not be able, as we had planned, to inform authors whether they have been accepted today, February 15. We are confident, however, that we will receive all remaining reviews by tomorrow and will notify authors by Tuesday, February 17, the latest.

Submissions Closed

We have received plenty of abstracts in response to our call and hope to inform everybody who submitted an abstract by the 15th of February on whether they have been accepted to present a paper. If you have submitted an abstract, you will receive a confirmation email by Monday, the 19th of January. We will publish the workshop program here as soon as all accepted speakers have confirmed their attendance, probably by the end of February.
